Dream Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz package of cream cheese (room temperature) 
- 1/2 cup of OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce 
 (We suggest Sweet Purgatory)
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce together in a microwave safe bowl. 
- Stir until smooth and serve with chips, crackers, or your favorite dipper. 
Shredded Chicken over Grits
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts 
- 1 can (14, 1/2 ounces), reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided 
- 1-1/2 cup OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce 
 (We suggest Sweet Purgatory)
- 1/4 cup molasses 
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
- 2 cups water 
- 1 cup quick-cooking grits 
- 1 cup canned pumpkin 
- 3/4 cup shredded pepper jack OR cheddar cheese 
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped 
- 6 Tbsp reduced-fat sour cream 
- 2 green onions, chopped 
- 2 tsp minced fresh cilantro 
DIRECTIONS
- Place chicken in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. 
- In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup broth, OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce, molasses, and cinnamon. 
- Pour over chicken. 
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°F. 
- Shred meat with two forks and return to the skillet. 
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, bring water and remaining broth to a boil. 
- Slowly stir in grits and pumpkin. 
- Reduce heat; cook and stir for 5-7 minutes or until thickened. 
- Stir in cheese until melted. 
- Divide grits among six serving bowls. 
- Top each with 1/2 cup chicken mixture. 
- Serve with tomato, sour cream, green onion and cilantro. 
Chicken Nachos
INGREDIENTS
- 22 oz raw chicken breast or 1 lb cooked chicken (cubed) 
- 15 oz can of refried beans 
- 3 green bell peppers, diced 
- 1 large onion, diced 
- 1 Tbsp butter 
- 1 cup OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce of your choosing 
- 4.5 oz can of green chiles 
- 6 oz can of black olives, sliced 
- 8 oz shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese 
- 4 green onions, chopped 
- Sour cream to top or to serve on the side 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. 
- Spread refried beans in a 9”x13” baking pan. 
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the chicken in butter. Remove and cut into cubes. 
- Sauté peppers and onions in the same pan. 
- Layer the peppers and onions over the beans, followed by the chicken, OHHH LORDEE! Everything Sauce, black olives, green chiles, cheese and top with green onions. 
- Bake until bubbly, about 30-40 minutes. 
- Let cool for 10 minutes and spread with sour cream or serve with sour cream on the side and tortilla chips. Can also be used as a filling for quesadillas, burritos, or over lettuce for a taco salad. 
Crunchy Onion Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup OHHH! LORDEE! Everything Sauce (Sweet Purgatory) 
- 1-1/3 cups French-fried onions, crushed 
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each) 
DIRECTIONS
- Place OHHH! LORDEE! Everything Sauce in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the onions, cheese, and pepper. Dip both sides of chicken in sauce, then one side in onion mixture. 
- Place chicken, crumb side up, on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400°F for 22-27 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°F. 
Hawaiian Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ball prepared pizza dough 
- 8 oz OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce 
 (Cloud 9)
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 
- 1 cup pineapple chunks 
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion 
- 1 cup cooked honey ham chunks 
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 515°F. 
- Roll out dough and place onto a pizza pan or stone. 
- Top with OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce 
 (Cloud 9).
- Layer with cheese, pineapple, onion, ham, and jalapeño. 
- Bake until crust is crisp and cheese melted, about 10 minutes. 
OHHH, LORDEE! Style Mac ‘n Cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups dried elbow macaroni 
- 1 /3 cup grated Cheddar 
- 1/3 cup grated Swiss Cheese 
- 1 /3 cup grated Jack Cheese 
- 1/3 cup grated Colby Cheese 
- 1 /3 cup grated Muenster Cheese 
- 1 /3 cup grated Gouda Cheese 
- 1 /2 cup sour cream 
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces 
- 6 eggs 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1 /2 teaspoon pepper 
- 1 cup milk 
- 4-8 oz. OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce - any heat level 
- Nonstick spray 
DIRECTIONS
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. 
- Season water with salt and cook macaroni until al dente, about 10 minutes. 
- Drain pasta and place in a large bowl and while pasta is still hot, add all the cheese. 
- In a separate medium bowl, using a whisk, combine OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce, sour cream, butter, eggs, salt, pepper, and milk and add to the macaroni mixture. 
- Spray casserole dish with nonstick spray and pour macaroni mixture into the dish. 
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. - Optional - top with more cheese 
ohhh, lordee! wings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb chicken wings cut into drumettes and flats 
- 1 Tbsp baking powder 
- 1/2 tsp salt 
- Pinch of cracked pepper 
- 8 oz OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce of your choice 
DIRECTIONS
- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat oven to 450°F. 
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels. Transfer wings to a large bowl. 
- In a small bowl, combine the baking powder, salt and pepper together, whisking well to combine. Toss wings through the mixture until evenly coated. 
- Arrange wings on an aluminum lined baking sheet. 
- Bake for 30 minutes; flip and continue to cook until crisp and golden brown, (about 20-30 minutes longer). 
- After wings have baked to a crisp golden brown, toss wings in the OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce of your choice to evenly coat. 
Easy ravioli

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of frozen Raviolis 
- 1 pound of lean burger 
- 1 large bell pepper 
- 1 large onion 
- 1 large can of mushrooms 
- 2 jars of OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce of your choice 
- Salt & Pepper to taste 
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder 
DIRECTIONS
- Cook Raviolis by directions on bag. 
- Chop up onions, bell peppers and burger. 
- Add to fry pan with tablespoon of oil and seasonings. 
- Add can of mushrooms and cook until everything is cooked through (about 7 minutes). 
- Heat up OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce then mix together the mixture into the sauce. 
- Pour over drained Raviolis and enjoy. 
 Editor’s note:
 This recipe can be dolled up with anything you like to add. This way is when you just don’t have a ton of time to make a big meal.
OHHH, LORDEE! tHAT’S GOOD MEatloaf
INGREDIENTS - MEATLOAF
- 21 1/2 lb Ground Beef 
- 3 eggs slightly beaten 
- 1 /4 C Onions Finely Chopped 
- 1 /2 C Celery Finely Chopped 
- 1 /2 C Evaporated Milk 
- 1 /8 tsp Black Pepper 
- 2/3 C 3 Minute Oats (not instant) 
- 1 tsp Salt 
INGREDIENTS - TOPPING
- 6 T Brown Sugar 
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg 
- 1 tsp dry mustard 
- 1/2 C OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce- any heat you desire 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix meatloaf ingredients together put into a 9x13 pan 
- Mix topping ingredients well - pour over meatloaf. 
- Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes 
PULLED PORK
INGREDIENTS
- 4 lb pork shoulder, trimmed if desired 
- 8 oz OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce of your choice 
DIRECTIONS
- Place pork shoulder in a 4-6 quart crock pot and cover with the OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce of your choice. 
- Cover and cook on low until fall apart tender (8 to 10 hours). 
- Shred with two forks, discarding excess fat. Serve on hamburger buns. 
Kicked up Baked Beans
INGREDIENTS
- 2 - 1 LB can of Campbells Baked Beans (not prepared beans like Bush’s) 
- 1 C Brown Sugar 
- 1/2 Onion Diced 
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard 
- 1 tsp Horse Radish 
- 2 T. Molasses 
- 1/2 C. Catsup 
- 1/4 C. Favorite OHHH, LORDEE! Everything Sauce 
- 2-3 Strips Bacon cut in pieces to top 
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all together except for bacon. 
- Pour in an oven safe bowl. 
- Top with the bacon pieces. 
- Bake 2 hours covered (can uncover the last 15 minutes) 
Sweet Purgatory Chili

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon canola oil 
- 1 medium yellow or sweet onion, diced 
- 1 pound 90% lean ground beef 
- 2 tablespoons chili powder 
- 2 heaping tablespoons ground cumin 
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste 
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth 
- 1-14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes 
- 1-15.5 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed 
- 8 oz Sweet Purgatory OHHH! LORDEE! Everything Sauce *OLES 
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the oil in a medium stock pot over medium-low heat, then add the diced onions and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. 
- Add the ground beef and brown, breaking it apart as it cooks. 
- Once beef is cooked, add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined and cook until the fat binds with the spices to create paste. 
- Add the tomato paste and cook a few minutes until the color changes to a deeper red. 
- Add the beef broth, fire roasted tomatoes, black beans and *OLES, then cover and let simmer 20 minutes on low heat. 
- After 20 minutes, remove the lid and cook additional 5 minutes to let some of the liquid evaporate. 
- Serve with your favorite chili toppings such as shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
